Where are you located?

We are located in an industrial park just off Presidential Way in Woburn. The closest means of public transportation is the Woburn Anderson Transportation Center on Atlantic Avenue. Our address is 1 Presidential Way, Woburn MA - we are unit 104B.

Can I just drop in?

At this time, all site tours and visits are by appointment only. Day passes are scheduled online and are good for a 24 hour redemption period of the date that you’ve selected. If you would like to schedule a tour, you may contact us directly via email.

What to expect on a tour.

Once you’ve scheduled your tour ahead of time, you will receive an automatic email confirmation. During the tour, you will receive an overview of how the space operates, equipment capabilities, hours of use and more. If you have a specific question that you’d like answered, just ask!

is the space handicap accessible?

The lower level of the space is handicap accessible. Please inquire ahead of time for additional details.

is there a minimum age requirement?

There is no minimum age requirement for use of the space. All members must be 18+, anyone under the age of 18 needs to be accompanied by an adult 18+. Children must be closely supervised at all times.

what’s included in a membership?

  • 24/7 access to the facility (via unique door code)

  • Access to professional grade [shared] equipment

  • Community of crafters, makers, diyers and artists

  • Project and materials storage for rent (lockers)

  • Onsite material available for purchase

  • 3 guest passes per month

  • Month- by-month or annual commitment (may cancel with 30 days notice)

what do I get with a day pass?

  • Access to the facility and use of common spaces

  • Able to schedule training ahead of time for use of equipment

  • Redeemable during staffed hours only and must be scheduled ahead of time

  • Monthly membership not required for purchase

  • Does not grant access to membership benefits

How do I get certified on your equipment?

Most of our equipment does require certification and you must be 18+ years of age. In order to become certified, you must contact us directly via email to schedule ahead of time.

Can I rent out the entire space?

Generally, group bookings require that we close the facility to the public and members during that time period. Additionally, we can add on activity enhancements like t-shirt making or laser machine production as requested. As such, group bookings are offered at a premium.
